Green Smoothie Recipe For Healthy Gut

This delicious gut-healing green smoothie is great to improve digestion and soothes the gut. its ideal for those suffering from IBS as well as any digstive problems. it aids in combating fatigue and will make you feel lighter and energetic through out the day.




Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk .
  • 2 cups spinach/mint leaves
  • 1 cup sliced Kiwi
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey 
  • 2 tablespoons what grass green powder.

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in a  blender for a few of minutes or until it has a completely smooth consistency. drizzle honey when serving or a dash of lime. its so refreshing and it gives a boost to the immune system. you may serve with a slice of fresh Kiwi fruit.

Serve in a glass and enjoy!
