If for any reason you cannot get enough natural resources then Vitamin C tablets or vitamins can serve the same purpose.

4. * Prepare concoction with Black pepper and ginger powder and have it as a warm cup of tea each and every morning on an empty stomach

5. * Yoga and light stretching exercises may keep you feeling active and vibrant throughout the day.

6.*  Have lots of vegetables and fruits instead of spicy and oily foods. This enables the body to fight any form of lethargy coming up with the disease and can prevent tiredness overall.

7. * If you have dental issues make sure the food is healthy and suitable for your needs. Eat pureed vegetables and hot soups and adhere to having a properly balanced diet of whole grains, fresh fruits, and dark green leafy vegetables. Have proper meals at regular intervals.
