Flax seeds and Kale green smoothie







This smoothie packs in plenty of nutritious ingredients, such as spinach, kale, flaxseeds, banana, and lime. It is a 100% energy booster and ideal to have for breakfast. flushes out the toxins from your system and reduces your stress level. It's a natural healer.








Ingredients
  • 250ml milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 date seedless
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • handful spinach and kale
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • A squeeze of lime.
Method:

  • Pour the milk into a high-speed blender then add the ground flaxseed, and the cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients then blend until smooth consistency. Add the dash of lime later when serving.
