Weight loss smoothie.

 A super easy weight loss drink that will amaze you. Tried and Tested. Make a batch for several days and drink daily to detoxify your system. you will love the glowing look as you get super fit! Moreover, it will leave you feeling light and fresh.



Ingredients:

Mint leaves. large handful

Ginger peeled grated (1 piece)

Aloe vera juice fresh.3tbsp

7 chunks of pineapple pieces. or either sliced.

2 medium cucumbers(peeled)

2 tbsp chia seeds (soaked overnight)

1 lemon

dash of cinnamon powder.




Method

Wash all the fruits well(except lemon) and blend them together for a couple of minutes till smooth consistency. squeeze lemon while serving in tall glasses. sprinkle some cinnamon for your taste buds. you may have these smoothy daily for a week or two to see the difference. 

The combination of pineapple and cucumber leaves a soothing effect on your body. ideal as a summer drink. Chia seeds lend this creamy smoothie a heart-healthy punch of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids.
